Short, general answers. For your case, talk to us.
After an arrest, a judge or magistrate usually sets a bond amount. Paying it lets the person leave jail while the case continues. In some cases we can ask the court to lower the bond.
It is a request from immigration (ICE) asking the jail to hold a person so ICE can take custody. It can change how bail and release work. Tell us right away if your family member has one.
Sometimes. Texas allows an expunction (erasing the record) or an order of non-disclosure (sealing it) in certain cases. It depends on the charge and how the case ended. We can review your record.
Call and ask us. We tell you the cost of the consultation before you book it, and we explain our fees clearly before any work begins.
Any papers you received: bond papers, court notices, police reports, letters from ICE or from an insurance company. Bring a photo ID and your questions. No papers? Come anyway.
